🐾 Purrvana Refund & Return Policy

At Purrvana, your satisfaction is our top priority! If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make it right. Please read our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

📦 Returns

As a dropshipping store, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, we only accept returns for items that are:

Defective

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect or not as described

If you receive a qualifying item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Purrvana.CustomerService@Outlook.com with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your case is eligible.

Please note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.


💸 Refunds

If your item is approved for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds may also be issued if:

Your order is lost in transit

Your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days from the order date

The item is out of stock or unavailable


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products (e.g., opened pet food, used toys, grooming tools, etc.) are non-returnable. This is noted on the product page where applicable.
