Remove all parts from the packaging and ensure the fountain, filters, pump, and cord are included and in good condition.

Before first use, rinse the charcoal filter under cold water to remove any loose carbon particles. This ensures clean water from the start.
3️⃣ Assemble the Fountain
Place the filter into its compartment, position the pump securely in place, and connect the fountain parts according to the included instructions.

Got this for my cat so she’d drink water, it’s pretty nice and motion sensing as well but she still won’t drink. My friend has it for her 3 cats as well and they don’t drink from it either. It’s clean and everything i don’t know what’s wrong with it
